To: CM Counsel Clients and Family Members
As we continue to prepare for the impact of Coronavirus in our communities, we would like to share the following:
Telehealth Services are now available.
Please contact your provider for more details.
When you are in our offices, please refrain shaking hands with others. Be sure to follow Standard Hygiene Precautions, hand washing for 20 seconds or more. Use hand sanitizer.
If you are feeling ill, please do not come into the office.
We are making every effort to keep our offices as clean as possible, disinfecting areas that may have been touched by others. We encourage you to monitor the CDC website for the most current information related to the Coronavirus: Cdc.gov/coronalvirus/2019-ncov/index.html
We are open, however, out of an abundance of caution most of our providers are offering teletherapy sessions as opposed to in-person visits. If you would like to schedule an online session, please call the office and provide an email address and we will send an invitation for a HIPAA-compliant online meeting. We are also able to do phone sessions for those who are not able to access the necessary technology. Clients taking advantage of teletherapy sessions will need to sign a consent form (located on our website: https://cmcounsel.com/assets/cm-counsel-telehealth-consent.pdf) and return it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax (610.825.7130). Copays and deductible payments are still required; please call the office (Exton: 610.524.0780; Plymouth Meeting: 610.825.9400; King or Prussia: 484.808.5340) before or after your sessions to make a payment.
